Hi there! Just a few quick words about me…
I am VERY proud to be a Denton and Texas resident. So much so that after a few years in Virginia (thanks to my husband’s employer at the time), I was desperate and homesick to move back. I love raising my family here…and the only thing I could ask for is a few more acres! I have a beautiful, smart and Aspergian daughter, and a funny and insanely talkative son. This is our home, and this is where I want my business to be, too.
I have achieved my dream of a gorgeous natural light loft studio, just off the square in Downtown Denton. I feel pretty confident in saying there’s not another portrait studio in Denton like it. Come by and check it out! And the rest of my “studio” I share with a few other photographers, the awesome character of the downtown area. LOVE!
My shooting style (and personality, for that matter) is very, very laid back. I like to let the session unfold naturally, it’s a lot easier to get natural expressions that way. I can and will direct to make sure we get the good stuff, but I want you and your children to remember this as a pleasant experience, not a stressful one. In fact, I end up friends with the majority of my clients after their session!
